
1:1 Sessions
Whether you are recovering from an injury or illness, are nervous about joining group classes, are new to Pilates and want some time to learn the basics or just want to enrich and develop your Pilates practice, 1:1 sessions can be a really great way to start.
In the initial session, Amy will meet with you to discuss what you would like to get from your 1:1 sessions, carry out a postural assessment and take you through some basic movements. She will then develop a bespoke Pilates plan tailored to your individual needs which will form the basis for your 1:1 sessions, however many you choose to have.
Sessions can take place either in your own home or in Amy's living room depending on what works best for you.
1:1 sessions cost £50 for an hour.
