Group Classes

Group classes are designed to be challenging yet fun. It's your body, so you choose your level of challenge within each class. You can buy single classes or purchase a pass for 5, 10 or 20 classes. Book your place by clicking the yellow 'Book a Class' button. Classes are £10.

Raglan Village Hall:

Tuesdays 9am - 9:50am - Beginner/Intermediate

Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:20pm - Beginner/Intermediate

Wednesdays 9am - 9:50am - Intermediate/Advanced

Thursdays 6pm - 6:50pm - Intermediate/Advanced

Fridays 2:30pm - 3:20pm - Beginner/Intermediate

About the Classes...

Beginner/Intermediate classes use mat based movements to build strength and increase mobility, although bands, balls and other equipment are also provided to aid with movement or increase the level of challenge where desired.

Intermediate/Advanced classes also use mat based movements to build strength and increase mobility, although they incorporate more challenging levels within familiar exercises as well as drawing on a wider range of exercises to continue to deepen and expand your practice.
