Group Classes

Group classes are designed to be challenging yet fun. It's your body, so you choose your level of challenge within each class. You can book single classes or purchase a pass for 5, 10 or 20 classes. You can book your place by clicking the yellow button 'Book a Class', below. Classes are £10.

Raglan Village Hall:

Tuesdays 9am - 9:50am - Beginner/Intermediate

Tuesdays 5:30pm - 6:20pm - Beginner/Intermediate

Thursdays 9am - 9:50am -

Slow Pilates

Fridays 2:30pm - 3:20pm - Beginner/Intermediate

Mitchel Troy Village Hall:

Thursdays 11am - 11:50am - Beginner/Intermediate

About the Classes...

In Slow Pilates we use a chair for most exercises, either sitting for the exercise or standing and using the chair to aid balance. Classes are aimed at older adults and those recovering from illness or injury, who feel they need to take a slower approach to building both fitness and strength. There will be an emphasis on sitting to stand, and working towards being able to get down to the mat and back up again safely.

Beginner/Intermediate classes use mat based movements to build strength and increase mobility, although bands, balls and other equipment are also provided to aid with movement or increase the level of challenge where desired.
