Foundational Flow

This Foundational Flow Pilates class offers space to learn, move and build confidence in your Pilates practice at your own pace. As with all classes, you'll be offered options for support and opportunities to add challenge when it feels right for you.

Dynamic Flow

This Dynamic Flow Pilates class offers space to explore greater strength, coordination and flow through more continuous movement and varied challenges. As with all classes, you'll be offered options for support and opportunities to adapt the level of challenge to suit you.
