Pilates 'Pause offers a calm, supportive space where you can step away from the noise, connect with other women, and gain trusted, practical guidance to help you care for your body during this stage of life.
This nourishing mini-retreat combines movement, expert education and delicious food in a warm and welcoming setting.
What to Expect
Menopause-Specific Pilates - Enjoy an hour of movement designed to support women during menopause and beyond. This session focuses on strength, mobility, posture, balance and stress reduction, helping you feel stronger, more energised and connected to your body.
Nourishing Seasonal Lunch - Enjoy a freshly prepared meal created by Orchard Kitchen using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
Expert Menopause Nutrition Talk - Learn how food and nutrition can support your changing body through menopause and beyond. Our guest expert, Dr Suzanne Haynes, brings over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, alongside a PhD in biomedical sciences. She combines scientific expertise, practical coaching and a deep commitment to women’s wellbeing to offer evidence-based guidance you can trust.

This retreat is about more than information. It is a chance to pause, ask questions, share experiences if you wish, and spend time with women who understand what this season of life can feel like. You will leave feeling informed, supported and uplifted.

What’s Included
Pilates Session with Amy - Begin the day with an uplifting Pilates class to awaken your body, release tension and create space to move with ease. Suitable for all levels, with options provided throughout.
Guided Foraging Walk with Liz Knight - Discover the abundance growing all around us on a relaxed guided walk around the farm. Liz Knight will share her expert knowledge of edible plants, seasonal herbs and how to reconnect with nature through foraging. A fascinating and grounding experience.
Seasonal Lunch by Orchard Kitchen - Enjoy a beautifully prepared meal using fresh, seasonal ingredients, served in the peaceful setting of the barn. Tea, coffee and refreshments available throughout the day.
Guided Relaxation Session - We’ll close the retreat with a deeply calming guided relaxation to help your body absorb the benefits of the day and leave you feeling fully restored.
